Elegant Catastrophe Singers are a trip hop influenced, alternative a cappella group. Drawing on diverse musical backgrounds, the ensemble creates edgy, creative originals, and unique covers of songs from artists as diverse as Björk and Massive Attack to Led Zeppelin – all performed by six singers and one beatboxer. ECS have been musicians-in-residence at Annex Theatre's popular monthly cabaret Spin The Bottle for over a year, as well as performing in 12 Minutes Max at On The Boards and The Stay Up Late Show.
