Elegant Catastrophe Singers are a Seattle-based, trip hop influenced, alternative a cappella group. Drawing on wide-ranging musical backgrounds, the ensemble delivers edgy, creative originals, and unique covers of songs from artists as diverse as Björk and Massive Attack to Led Zeppelin – all performed by six singers and one beatboxer. ECS have been musicians in residence at Annex Theatre's popular monthly cabaret Spin The Bottle for over a year, as well as performing in 12 Minutes Max at On The Boards and The Stay Up Late Show.
